TERMS OF
SERVICE.

Last updated March 2026. By opting into communications from SimplyClean Automations, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

PROGRAM
NAME.

SimplyClean Automations AI Communication & Engagement Program

This program is designed to enhance communication and engagement with prospective clients and businesses, ensuring timely follow-up and improved scheduling efficiency.

PROGRAM
DESCRIPTION.

The SimplyClean Automations AI Communication & Engagement Program provides SMS and AI-powered communication services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • AI Voice Receptionist — Answers calls, handles common questions, and captures key prospect information
  • Missed-Call Text-Back — Sends prompt SMS messages when calls are missed to prevent leads from going cold
  • Database Reactivation Messaging — Re-engages previous inquiries in a compliant manner
  • Customer Support Communications — Provides assistance and guidance to inquiries
  • Appointment Reminders & Confirmations — Keeps prospective clients and families informed
  • Promotional or Informational Messages — Shared only with consent, in accordance with regulatory guidelines

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on user interactions, inquiry volume, and service activity. Some users may receive multiple messages per week, while others may receive fewer.

OPT-OUT
INSTRUCTIONS.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from SimplyClean Automations. You will receive a confirmation SMS notifying you that your subscription has been cancelled.

After confirmation, no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Note: Opting out only applies to SMS communications and will not affect other communications unless otherwise specified.

REJOINING
THE PROGRAM.

If you previously opted out and wish to rejoin the messaging program:

  • Submit your information again through the SimplyClean Automations website forms
  • Provide explicit opt-in consent via any other available sign-up methods

Once re-consented, SMS messaging will resume according to program policies.

HELP
INSTRUCTIONS.

If you need assistance with our messaging program, reply HELP to any message for automated guidance, or contact us directly at the details in Section 15.

Support inquiries will be handled promptly during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET).

MESSAGE &
DATA RATES.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Charges may be incurred both for messages sent to you and responses you send to us. Message frequency depends on your engagement with our services.

For questions regarding rates, please contact your wireless service provider directly.

CARRIER
LIABILITY.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed message delivery, messages that are undelivered or partially delivered, or any issues resulting from network failures or outages.

SimplyClean Automations cannot guarantee message delivery times due to carrier limitations outside of our control.

PRIVACY &
AGE RESTRICTIONS.

Participation in the messaging program is only available to individuals 18 years or older. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

STANDARDS.

SimplyClean Automations adheres to all applicable messaging industry standards.

CTIA Guidelines

Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association standards for responsible messaging.

A2P 10DLC

Application-to-Person messaging registration and compliance requirements.

Explicit Consent

Opt-in consent is required before any messages are sent to any contact.

Clear Opt-Out

Easy, always-available opt-out mechanisms provided in every message.

Message content is designed to be compliant, non-deceptive, and appropriate at all times.

SERVICE
MODIFICATIONS.

SimplyClean Automations reserves the right to modify or discontinue messaging services at any time without notice, adjust message types, frequency, or delivery methods as needed, and update these Terms & Conditions to remain compliant with laws and industry regulations.

Continued participation in the program after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyClean Automations is not liable for delayed or failed message delivery, errors in message content, or any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

DISPUTE
RESOLUTION.

Any disputes related to this program shall be resolved under the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any claims must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Mercer County, New Jersey.
