Getting Started

Most systems are fully live within 1–2 business days after your onboarding call. We handle all the technical configuration — your team just needs to confirm a few details like call routing rules, scheduling preferences, and escalation contacts.

None at all. Everything is done for you. You provide access to your existing phone system and any lead list you have — we build, configure, test, and launch the entire system. Your team interacts with it just like they would a regular call.

After your onboarding call, we collect four things: your best admin email and phone number, your scheduling rules (how and when appointments are booked), your call routing preferences (who handles escalations), and your past inquiry list if available. That's everything we need to build and launch the system.

The $3,000 done-for-you package includes: full AI voice receptionist setup and training, missed-call text-back automation, database reactivation campaign for your existing leads, a 10-week lead nurture sequence, weekly reporting and optimization, and dedicated onboarding support. The first 90 days of management are included.

The AI Receptionist

The AI is trained to recognize when a call requires a human — sensitive situations, complex questions, or callers who specifically request to speak with staff. In those cases, it routes the call directly to your team with full context on who's calling and why. No one is ever left without help.

Yes. During setup, we train the AI on your specific services, pricing, hours, and common questions. It operates as a knowledgeable extension of your team — not a generic bot. If a question falls outside its knowledge base, it routes the caller to staff rather than guessing.

The AI is designed to be professional and conversational — not robotic. However, if a caller directly asks, the system is transparent. We build the experience to be as seamless as possible while staying fully compliant with disclosure requirements.

The AI supports English, Spanish, French, and German. If your business serves a community where another language is common, let us know during onboarding and we'll discuss options.

Database Reactivation & Compliance

Yes. All messaging follows TCPA and SMS compliance guidelines. We only contact people who have an existing business relationship with you — previous inquiries, past customers, or contacts who opted in. We never send unsolicited cold messages. Every campaign is reviewed for compliance before launch.

Any format works — a spreadsheet, CRM export, or even a basic CSV file. As long as you have names and phone numbers (and ideally emails), we can work with it. We handle all the formatting and uploading on our end.

Any contact who replies STOP is immediately removed from all sequences and tagged as do-not-contact in your system. This is handled automatically — no manual work required from your team, and it's fully compliant with TCPA opt-out requirements.

Results & Guarantee

If we don't deliver results within 90 days, you don't pay the management fee. Before we start, we define exactly what "results" means for your specific business based on your numbers — so there's no ambiguity. The guarantee is only offered to clients we're genuinely confident we can help.

Most clients see activity within the first week — especially from the database reactivation campaign, which often produces booked calls within the first few days. The AI receptionist starts capturing and routing leads from day one. Full results compound over the 90-day window as the nurture sequence matures.

After the initial 90-day period, we move into ongoing management and optimization. We continue monitoring performance, running weekly reports, and refining the system. Continued management is available on a monthly basis — pricing is discussed at the end of the initial period based on results and your goals going forward.
